This is a vital role within the retail team involving dynamic responsibilities such as receiving and sorting donations, processing items for sale, maintaining merchandising standards, and directly interacting with customers and donors. Team members in this role utilize the GRATIS method—Greet, Receipt, Assist, Thank, Invite back, Sort—to ensure an efficient and warm donation experience, actively supporting the mission by encouraging customer contributions and engagement.

The Retail Team Member II position is not just about operational tasks but also about embodying the organization's culture of diversity, inclusivity, and belonging. Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory, and education from any primary or secondary level is acceptable.
