This role not only offers immediate hands-on involvement in store operations but also presents a clear pathway toward increased responsibility and future leadership positions within the company.

GFS supports its employees with comprehensive benefits such as immediate healthcare coverage, paid holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Easter, and opportunities for career advancement evidenced by numerous leaders who started as Sales Associates. The company provides a positive culture where individual contributions and personal values are respected and embraced. Additionally, GFS is committed to equal employment opportunity, ensuring that all qualified applicants are considered without discrimination. Safety is a priority and the company upholds a tobacco-free environment and a drug-free workplace with pre-employment drug testing.
