The Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) position is an excellent career opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and retail operations. This role involves significant responsibilities including opening and closing the store, overseeing daily store tasks, managing merchandise through product rotation and quality control, and providing top-tier customer service to build long-lasting client relationships. As a key member of the store leadership team, the Retail Team Leader will also handle cash management tasks such as bank deposits and handling register operations, along with assisting in training and building a high-performing sales associate team. This role is designed for those who are detail-oriented, skilled in stock and inventory management, and have the ability to operate point of sale systems efficiently. Employees in this position will gain valuable leadership experience and have opportunities for advancement within the company. This is a full-time role located at the Orlando, Florida location, with a starting hourly pay range of $18-$20 based on experience. The store operates Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM, offering a balanced retail schedule to promote work-life harmony.
