Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- availability to work flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to respond to alarm calls and work at other local stores if needed
- successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- physical capability for frequent lifting above shoulder height
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail experience with increasing responsibility
- basic computer skills
- ability to safely operate power equipment such as slicing equipment, walkie lifts, and forklifts
- strong customer service skills
- effective leadership and team building abilities
Job Duties
- Opening and closing the store
- help complete daily store operations and tasks
- assist in unloading merchandise from delivery trucks
- organize merchandise and transfer merchandise from stockroom to store
- maintain merchandise quality through product rotation and proper food handling
- provide exceptional customer service by building relationships and resolving issues
- handle cash including bank deposits and setting registers
- build and train the sales team
- supervise sales associates in their duties
