The role of Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) at Gordon Food Service is an exciting leadership opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and retail operations. The Retail Team Leader is a critical member of the store’s leadership team, entrusted with responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, supporting daily store operations, managing merchandise inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is tailor-made for candidates who are detail-oriented, proficient in operating point of sale systems, and motivated to build and lead a team towards increased responsibility and leadership growth. The Retail Team Leader also plays a vital role in cash handling, training, and developing sales associates to exceed store performance standards.
