The Tax Expert - TurboTax Store role is a seasonal and year-round opportunity to become an integral member of Intuit's team at new TurboTax retail locations across the United States. Your responsibilities extend beyond tax filing to include offering comprehensive tax advice, helping clients navigate simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income, deductions, amendments, and future tax planning. This role emphasizes building long-term customer loyalty by delivering exceptional client experiences, contributing to the financial wellbeing of individuals and families by not only preparing accurate returns but also educating clients on financial goals like saving for retirement, education, or other major life events.
