The Food Retail and Brand Location Supervisor role at Aramark is an essential position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food service locations to ensure the delivery of high-quality food and excellent customer service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality industry
- ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a supervisor in a related role preferred
- prior experience in the food and hospitality industry required
- ability to work successfully in a team environment and promote teamwork
- strong leadership, time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively use problem solving and decision-making skills
- basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology systems
Job Duties
- Oversee setup, breakdown, and sanitation of workstations
- supervise the cooking and preparation of food items according to recipes and brand requirements
- ensure food items are stored safely and hazard-free
