The role of Team Lead at the Nespresso retail boutique located in Lenox Square Mall is a pivotal position that combines leadership with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Team Lead, you will partner closely with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Store Manager to elevate the boutique atmosphere, ensuring every guest encounter is memorable and warm. Your responsibilities will revolve around coaching and developing your team, fostering a hospitality-driven culture, and driving sales through expert product knowledge and personalized service. Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales leadership
- Effective communication skills
- Strong time management capabilities
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data
- Reliable punctuality with availability for open, close, weekend and holiday shifts
- Patience and resourcefulness in managing daily challenges
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience leading a team in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to coach and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of customer service principles and hospitality-driven interactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges
- Passion for coffee and sustainability
Job Duties
- Drive results by acting as manager on duty and maximizing store productivity
- Maintain store standards including cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory and stock management, TQM compliance, and cash processes
- Cultivate personalized customer experiences using storytelling and product knowledge
