The role of Retail Supervisor-Events at Product Connections is a pivotal position focused on managing the effective, efficient, and quality execution of retail events in assigned locations. This role commands a salary of $57,784 per year and involves direct supervision and leadership of a team comprising approximately 10 to 50 employees. The Retail Supervisor-Events is tasked with auditing, training, and coaching Event Specialists to ensure compliance with company standards and to uphold the reputation of the CROSSMARK Events team. This leadership position demands not only a deep understanding of retail event management but also the ability to communicate proactively with store management and internal stakeholders about event planning and execution.

In this capacity, the supervisor acts as the main point of contact for all events occurring within their designated stores, supporting Event Specialists with necessary event kits, materials, and tools. They also monitor critical expense metrics such as payroll and other operational costs to maintain budget controls. Ensuring peak performance and execution quality involves reviewing daily and weekly scorecards, rescheduling events when necessary to maximize on-date and weekend results, and fostering knowledge exchange within the team by sharing competitive insights and best practices.

The position requires direct interaction with cleaning and maintenance to ensure demo kitchens and equipment are kept clean, orderly, and fully functional, contributing to a seamless and professional event environment. Given the nature of the retail environment, significant physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, and handling displays and cooking equipment is expected. This role calls for excellent proficiency in digital tools and company-provided systems, solid organizational skills, and strong leadership qualities. A valid driver's license and certifications in food safety and handling are mandatory, reflecting the responsibility held in maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.

Joining Product Connections means becoming part of a dynamic team where your contributions help shape how brands connect with consumers nationwide. The role provides an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships, lead a dedicated team, and enhance event execution that drives measurable business results and customer engagement. If you are looking for a career in a supportive environment that values initiative, professional growth, and collaboration, this position offers a robust platform to achieve your goals.
