This position is located at the USA HomeGoods Store 0200 in Lexington, KY, where you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves greeting and engaging customers with enthusiasm, maintaining store presentation and cleanliness, and supporting sales through operational excellence. By upholding TJX’s customer service philosophy and adhering to loss prevention and merchandising standards, you contribute directly to the store’s overall success. This position also requires flexibility to work across multiple store areas depending on business needs.
