Job Description
Nespresso is a global leader in the specialty coffee industry, renowned for placing people and quality coffee at the core of its mission. As part of the Nestle group and a certified B Corporation, Nespresso is committed to a triple bottom line approach—People, Profit, and Planet. This means that beyond delivering an exceptional coffee experience, Nespresso actively drives positive change in communities, supplier relationships, and environmental sustainability. The company prides itself on fostering a culture of innovation where employees are empowered to inspire, care, act, and innovate to reach their full potential. With a diverse range of workplaces, including bustling boutiques, sophisticated factories, and modern office locations, Nespresso offers career opportunities that nurture professional growth aligned with individual personality and aspirations.
Nespresso is currently seeking a dedicated Store Manager for its experiential concept boutique located at The Domain. This role is pivotal in bringing the brand to life as the public face and leader of the boutique. A Nespresso Store Manager is entrusted with mentoring and leading a team to achieve sales goals while delivering an unparalleled customer service experience. The role requires embodying an entrepreneurial spirit—ownership of daily boutique operations, building and nurturing community connections, and passionately sharing the Nespresso story and sustainable values with customers. Beyond sales, the Store Manager actively fosters a culture of high performance, engagement, and growth among team members through coaching, training, and motivating to ensure the boutique delivers a memorable coffee journey to every visitor.
The position offers competitive pay with quarterly bonuses linked to team sales and service goals, alongside comprehensive benefits including a free Nespresso machine and coffee allowance, 401(k) with company match, educational reimbursement, and wellness programs. Employees join a caring, supportive environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion while emphasizing purposeful work with a strong commitment to environmental stewardship and community impact. As a leader, the Store Manager champions operational excellence, safety compliance, and strategic business growth through data-driven approaches and teamwork. This role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the boutique remains a vibrant hub reflecting the Nespresso brand's high standards and culture of hospitality.
Joining Nespresso means aligning with a company that not only leads in the coffee industry but also prioritizes sustainability, diversity, and inclusive leadership. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from fast-paced or luxury retail environments, strong leadership capabilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for coffee culture, sustainability, and customer engagement. This role not only offers a chance to grow professionally but also to contribute meaningfully to a brand that cares about its people, the planet, and the future of coffee culture globally. Nespresso invites motivated individuals ready to lead with passion, inspire their teams, and help reimagine what coffee—and a career—can be to apply and join their dynamic team.
