Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or sales management
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting 50+ pounds and prolonged standing or sitting

Job Duties
- Lead Mattress Firm's vision and company initiatives across multiple store units
- Hold associates accountable for execution of in-store merchandising
- Lead selling programs and drive related KPI results
- Support the omni-channel experience

- Conduct one-on-one meetings for team motivation and development
- Perform workforce management including staffing and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to associates and customers

- Manage product merchandising, marketing, and POP standards
