- experience managing inventory and cash handling

Job Duties
- Lead multiple store units to achieve sales and performance goals
- conduct new hire onboarding and 30-60-90 day team member check-ins
- manage workforce activities including staffing schedules and punch reconciliation
- ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations
- provide coaching and development to associates to address skill gaps
- execute merchandising, marketing, and social media strategies
- oversee inventory management and cash handling processes
- maintain competitive awareness and develop response strategies
- conduct store level inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
- ensure compliance with sales processing and invoicing policies
- lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as needed
- execute company initiatives and support omni-channel retail experience
