Job Duties

  • Lead multiple store units to achieve sales and performance goals
  • conduct new hire onboarding and 30-60-90 day team member check-ins
  • manage workforce activities including staffing schedules and punch reconciliation
  • ensure adherence to company policies and state regulations
  • provide coaching and development to associates to address skill gaps
  • execute merchandising, marketing, and social media strategies
  • oversee inventory management and cash handling processes
  • maintain competitive awareness and develop response strategies
  • conduct store level inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
  • ensure compliance with sales processing and invoicing policies
  • lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as needed
  • execute company initiatives and support omni-channel retail experience
