Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of sales and/or customer service experience in telecommunications or related field
- prior management experience
- strong communication skills
- leadership ability
- knowledge of wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems
- ability to plan, analyze and solve problems
- willingness to perform outreach and promotional activities
- ability to work full-time 40-hour weeks
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry

- well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- familiarity with wireless terminology and industry trends
