Job Requirements
- 5+ years supervisory experience in retail setting preferred
- bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred
- leadership experience with managing teams
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- problem-solving skills
- familiar with financial and customer service principles
- basic reading, writing, and accounting skills
- excellent customer service
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years supervisory experience in retail preferred
- graduate of Best Seller Program preferred
- bachelor’s in business administration or related field preferred
- demonstrated leadership to develop workforce
