- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor care equipment

- Experience working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain floor care cleanliness standards including operation of scrubber and buffer
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms
- Adhere to health and safety policies including refilling essential items in lounge, restrooms, and front end
- Cross-train to support backroom, front end, and sales floor areas
- Support front end coverage needs
- Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- Participate in store recovery and maintain loss prevention controls
