The HomeGoods role at TJX Companies is focused on maintaining an organized, clean, and safe store environment with a particular emphasis on floor care and appearance. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the sales floor, backroom, associate lounge, restrooms, and front end areas adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of floor care equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. In addition to daily floor care, associates in this role are cross-trained to support various areas of the store, including backroom operations and front end coverage, enabling flexibility in meeting business needs. The position is based at the HomeGoods store at 9575 County Line Road, Centennial, CO. Job Duties

  • Maintain floor care cleanliness standards including operation of scrubber and buffer
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms

  • Cross-train to support backroom, front end, and sales floor areas
