The Wild Fork Team Member role is a full-time position with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour plus bonus potential. This position offers rotating 8-hour shifts that include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. In this multifaceted role, the Team Member is responsible for inventory control to ensure product freshness and availability, replenishment of stock, processing and packing online orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. They also assist customers at checkout, manage cash registers, and support daily price changes. The work environment includes exposure to cold temperatures, such as walk-in freezers, and requires physical strength to handle and lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be prepared to stand and walk for extended periods and perform various tasks that span the sales floor, inventory management, and customer service.
