Job Requirements
- High school student or graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work at least 30 hours per week including evenings, closings, and weekends
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to exert up to 30 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work during the busiest times of the year
- Ability to work cooperatively with other team members
- Competence in handling cash register transactions accurately
- Good communication skills
- Ability to participate in monthly inventory counts
- Commitment to teamwork and positive customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school student or graduate or equivalent
- Cashier experience is a plus
- Experience working on a team in retail or food service is a plus
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
- Positive, enthusiastic, and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to give, receive, and act on feedback
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Remains calm and composed under pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal relations
- Ability to manage and complete tasks on time
- Strong customer service and public relations skills

- Proficient in operating a cash register
Job Duties
- Upholds company policies, standards, and philosophy
- Assists retail managers in implementing store policies and procedures
- Maintains a safe work environment
- Provides outstanding customer service including greeting customers and maintaining product knowledge
- Serves café customers efficiently and assists with café responsibilities
- Maintains awareness of promotions and advertisements
- Assists with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
- Processes and replenishes merchandise and monitors floor stock
- Works flexibly during busy periods
- Helps customers locate merchandise
- Participates in monthly inventory counts
- Operates cash registers, bags merchandise, and processes refunds/returns
- Performs other tasks assigned by retail management
