Within this inspiring environment, Nespresso is currently seeking to hire a Stock Associate to contribute to its retail boutique operations. This position is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys combining organizational skills with customer service. The role involves managing back-of-house inventory tasks alongside supporting the sales floor to ensure customers always find their favorite coffees and related products readily available. As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for handling stock shipments, assisting with inventory control processes, organizing the stockroom to maximize efficiency, and replenishing merchandise to maintain visual appeal. Ensuring safety and operational standards within the boutique is another critical aspect of this role. The position offers an approximate hourly wage of $20.50 with additional quarterly bonuses awarded based on team sales and service performances. Beyond competitive pay, Nespresso fosters a caring culture that supports personal and professional growth. The company encourages employees to take ownership of their career journeys with ample opportunities for development, backed by a supportive team environment. Benefits include a comprehensive rewards package featuring items such as a free Nespresso machine with coffee allowances, 401k with company matching, health and wellness programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and exclusive discounts among others. This role is ideal for punctual, resourceful individuals who are physically capable of handling the demands of the job, including lifting, standing for extended times, and climbing ladders. Nespresso is committed to being an inclusive employer welcoming veterans, individuals with disabilities, and candidates from diverse backgrounds. It does not offer visa sponsorship for this position. Joining Nespresso means being part of a team that values innovation, sustainability, and a shared passion for coffee. Embrace this opportunity to grow alongside a company dedicated to making coffee a force for good while promoting a vibrant workplace culture.
