Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
- Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Ability to handle bulky and heavy items including lifting above the head
- Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- For stock and fulfillment roles, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening
- Assist customers with various transactions across platforms including operating point-of-sale systems and handling bulky items
- Support fitting rooms by greeting customers and sorting clothing
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free sales floor by sorting and returning merchandise
- Organize and manage stockrooms ensuring merchandise is checked in and ticketed accurately
- Demonstrate expertise in all store technologies
- Adhere to operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards
- Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to departments
- Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to process and research shipments
- Provide general store support including event setups and markdowns
