The Retail Showroom Associate plays a pivotal role in the success of the Orlando showroom. Associates in this role are responsible for keeping the showroom floor moving smoothly by greeting customers warmly, answering their product-related questions, and ensuring a seamless checkout process. Beyond customer service, the Retail Showroom Associate is also responsible for maintaining the showroom’s appearance, including keeping shelves stocked, faced, and organized, as well as ensuring the floor remains clean and inviting. Additionally, Associates assist in pulling and staging products for customer pickup, which supports efficient inventory flow and timely order fulfillment.

Physical capability is important as the job requires lifting items weighing 50 pounds or more.
