The role of Retail Shop Manager on Duty (MOD) at our state-of-the-art Brickell location is pivotal to maintaining and elevating the Equinox brand through exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and superior customer service. The MOD acts as the front-line leader for the retail shop within the club, responsible for motivating and directing the sales team in alignment with company strategies and goals. This position works closely with Regional, District, and Area Shop Managers as well as Assistant Managers to ensure performance standards, training compliance, and operational protocols are met consistently. As a MOD, you will take ownership of the daily sales goals, coach associates to improve sales tactics, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the high standards of the Equinox brand.

Operational responsibilities include enforcing loss prevention policies, managing inventory accurately, completing operational tasks on time, and assisting with staff hiring and scheduling needs. Your leadership will ensure that the retail space is visually appealing and meets merchandising guidelines, with excellent housekeeping and organization maintained throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
