Job Requirements

Job Duties
- greet and engage customers to create meaningful connections
- assist customers in selecting women's clothing items that match their style and needs
- maintain sales floor and fitting room cleanliness and organization
- share loyalty program benefits and assist with opening new credit accounts
- support merchandise recovery and pricing updates
- meet daily sales goals and contribute to team objectives
- use electronic devices and point-of-sale systems to process transactions
