Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency with electronic devices and point of sale systems
- passion for fashion and customer engagement
Job Duties
- greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
- provide expert advice on women's clothing and fashion trends
- promote Macy's loyalty programs and credit accounts
- maintain merchandise standards on the sales floor and fitting rooms
- support fitting room and sales floor cleanliness and organization
- assist with processing transactions using cash registers and handheld devices
- collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
