The role being offered is for a Macy's Women's Clothing Selling Support colleague. This position is designed for individuals passionate about fashion, hospitality, and customer service excellence. In this role, the colleague will assist customers in expressing their personal style by making fashion inspiration accessible through meaningful and genuine customer interactions. The primary focus is on hospitality infused with strong product knowledge and awareness of current fashion trends. Responsibilities include engaging customers through friendly and informative conversations, providing a seamless shopping journey, supporting fitting room operations, maintaining the appearance and organization of the sales floor, and ensuring merchandise presentation meets Macy's standards.

This role transcends basic cashier duties by placing the customer at the heart of every interaction. Selling Support colleagues are expected to meet daily sales goals, help customers understand the benefits of Macy's loyalty programs, and contribute to creating a welcoming store ambiance. They actively circulate the sales area, recover and organize merchandise, update signage and pricing, and assist with fulfillment processes. A key aspect of the job is working as part of a team, supporting colleagues, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Job Requirements

  • flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
