Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven customer service experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of current fashion trends, especially in women’s clothing
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism
- maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor and fitting rooms
- assist customers in finding and selecting women’s clothing items
- share loyalty program benefits and encourage credit account sign-ups
- operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
- meet daily sales goals and contribute to team objectives
- support team members with honesty and collaboration to enhance customer service
