Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • able to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
  • frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
  • able to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items including reaching and lifting above the head
  • regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
  • willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Job Duties

  • set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools inclusive of text and social media
  • build lasting relationships with customers

  • seek fashion and product knowledge to build expertise
  • work with the team to keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
  • grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
