Employees receive a $250 award upon completing the full vetting process and gain access to associate discounts on merchandise, services, and warranty plans both in-store and online. Additional perks include discounts at hundreds of retailers and restaurants, a 401(k) plan with company match, dental and vision insurance, and medical insurance eligibility for full-time associates. Compensation is competitive and based on qualifications and experience. Specialists must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable operating office equipment such as photocopiers and computers, and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive customer information. The role involves physical activity, including lifting materials between 10-50 pounds, and requires flexibility to perform other duties related to store operations.
