Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on store’s needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment operation
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a high paced and stressful environment
  • Conflict management skills
  • Strong integrity with customer and business information
  • Physical ability to lift 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older and must be a U.S. citizen
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, other office equipment
  • 1+ years customer service-related experience
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
  • Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously

Job Duties

  • Provide travel government or TSA-related consumer sales for identity-related products and services
  • Engage customers with comprehensive travel solutions including product sales such as luggage
  • Greet all customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience
  • Engage customers and present products and solutions that drive sales with the customer’s needs in mind
  • Verify customer identity, scan required documents into database system, take passport photos
  • Complete customer fingerprint images, biometric and data capture processes and paperwork
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment
  • Support other areas of the store during your 8-10 week onboarding period
  • Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned or needed in the store
