In this role, as an in-store merchandising specialist, you will play a crucial part in supporting retailers by enhancing the shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include building attractive displays and end caps, resetting shelves with proper product rotation to maintain freshness and visibility, and meticulously tracking inventory levels. By ensuring stores and suppliers are optimized for maximum sales opportunities, you will directly impact the retail performance and customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $23.00, with no requirement for prior experience as full training and team support are provided. Additionally, the role offers a balanced work schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts, early start times allowing you to enjoy your afternoons, and opportunities to earn additional hours upon request.
