As a Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you will be integral in extending Verizon's mission by providing outstanding customer service and delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs. This full-time role offers a dynamic retail environment where you'll harness your passion for technology and sales acumen to generate revenue and build lasting customer relationships. You will engage with customers directly in one of Verizon's retail locations, learning to identify their specific needs through thoughtful questioning and providing tailored product insights that deliver comprehensive solutions. Your communication skills will be critical in closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering simple, innovative technological options.
This position is designed not only as a sales role but also as a developmental step, with opportunities for ongoing training to enhance operational knowledge across merchandising and inventory management. Additionally, you may engage in proactive outreach through outbound calls and text messaging to expand your customer base, as well as participate in community events to foster loyalty and brand presence outside the store. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $21.00, supplemented by the potential to earn significant individual-based commissions—up to $18,000 annually with the possibility of even higher earnings for top performers reaching $65,000 to $75,500+ per year.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant experience through work or military service
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with advance schedule notice
- Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods like summer, November-December, and vacations
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
