Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and team
- Ability to read and comprehend employment policies and safety procedures in English
- Capacity to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as stooping and climbing
- Comfortable using computers, handheld devices, and cash registers
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or within a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to meet sales goals and handle multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and engage them in friendly conversations
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Review sales goals daily and strive to meet or exceed them
- Assist customers with loyalty program benefits and complete sales transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and achieve collective goals
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and current merchandise trends
