As a CHEF'STORE Sales Associate, you will have a dynamic and varied role that involves engaging directly with customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the sales floor and departments are well stocked and organized. The role includes responsibilities such as cashiering, stocking shelves, assisting customers with product selections, and maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the store. Depending on business needs and managerial direction, you may work across several departments including front end sales, meat/frozen goods, produce/dairy, dry goods, and culinary equipment and supplies.

This position offers a competitive starting wage of $20.50 per hour, with flexibility needed for scheduling between 5:00 am and 7:00 pm from Monday through Sunday. Employees have opportunities to participate in special events such as vendor fairs and sales floor resets, providing engaging experiences beyond traditional retail tasks. The role also includes important duties like ensuring product rotation complies with FIFO standards, using technology such as handheld scanners and point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively, and participating in inventory and cycle counts.
