Job Requirements

Minimum 6-12 months of retail cashier and/or stocking experience required
Minimum one year of retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and assist other employees
Must demonstrate good common sense and basic math aptitude
Must be motivated and able to multitask
Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills and cash handling experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and walk continuously
Ability to lift and carry weights up to 100 lbs frequently
Ability to push/pull equipment frequently
Ability to climb, balance, stoop, squat frequently
Must follow safety policies and maintain clean environment
Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Ensure customers have an impeccable CHEF'STORE experience by developing and maximizing relationships
Perform cashier duties including sales and cash functions in the POS efficiently and accurately
Stock and replenish sales floors while ensuring proper product rotation and quality audits
Assist customers in locating products and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment including sales floor, front end, restrooms, parking lot, and cart areas
Assist with price changes, inventory processes, and special store events as directed
Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks for stocking and freight handling
