The Sales Associate position at the Chestnut Hill location plays a critical role in maintaining the store's excellence and customer satisfaction. This part-time, hourly role starts at $18.00 per hour and offers a path to promotion opportunities every three months based on individual performance. The Sales Associate serves as the customer service specialist, responsible for exceeding customer expectations by attentively listening to their needs and providing detailed product information. A sales associate proficient in this role will assist customers in selecting products that best meet their desires while ensuring a seamless sales process from product explanation to closing the sale.

Sales Associates are integral to maintaining brand and operational standards, which include visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store. They are also expected to manage the fitting room efficiently and act as cashiers when needed, following proper protocols. Handling shipment processing ensures that all merchandise is displayed correctly and in full size runs, thereby supporting the store’s merchandising strategy. The role requires collaboration with management to identify and resolve any issues within the store and assist with special projects. Job Duties

  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Maintain brand and operational standards including visual merchandising and cleanliness
  • Manage customer needs using UNIQLO service standard and Fundamental Principles
  • Assist and manage fitting room standards
  • Act as cashier following protocol when required
  • Process shipments and ensure merchandise is fully represented on the floor
  • Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
  • Provide detailed product and brand knowledge to customers
  • Follow all company policies and notify management of any infractions
  • Assist with special projects assigned by management
