The Retail Sales Associate position at Little Caesars Arena is a seasonal role offering an engaging, fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and be rewarded for your efforts. This role involves managing various retail transactions while delivering outstanding guest service. Associates will greet guests, answer questions, process sales through a point of sale system, bag merchandise, maintain sales records, stock merchandise, and manage back-stock. The position requires handling multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting, strong communication skills, and the physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, climb stairs or step stools, and possess the visual acuity necessary for merchandising and operating sales systems. This position is primarily scheduled in the evenings, weekends, and during events at the arena.
