Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to read computer terminals
- Ability to push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including repetitive bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing UNIQLO service standards
- Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
- Act as cashier following cashier protocol when required
- Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run
- Assist management to identify and resolve store issues
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Follow all company policies and notify management of any infractions
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
