Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Frequent standing on hard surfaces
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and handle merchandise
- Reliable, regular, and predictable attendance
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Commitment to honesty and integrity
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Execute Acquisition 365 membership strategies
- Renew and upgrade memberships
- Cross-sell BJ's Loyalty Programs
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
- Assist with product pick-ups
- Provide general customer service inquiries
- Deliver superior service and resolve member concerns
- Support club policies and procedures compliance
- Assist with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club (BOPIC) orders
- Maintain a safe and positive environment
- Work collaboratively as a team to achieve club standards
- Promote BJ's value proposition to members
- Drive towards sales and retention goals
- Maintain accurate signage and organized club appearance
- Read and understand department financial and production reports
- Escalate issues appropriately
- Perform other duties as assigned
