Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and team
- Ability to handle returns and exchanges professionally
- Capability to work full-time with a flexible schedule
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working indoors with occasional exposure to cleaning agents
- Commitment to upholding company standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- Prior front line or customer service experience preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Results driven with proven success in goal achievement
- Basic math skills preferred
- Computer proficiency preferred
Job Duties
- Execute Acquisition 365 and membership renewals
- Cross-sell and upgrade BJ’s Loyalty Programs
- Manage merchandise returns, exchanges, and pick-ups
- Provide general customer service and respond to inquiries
- Support and enforce club policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for members and team members
- Achieve sales and service goals according to company benchmarks
