This position involves executing sales and customer service strategies within the BJ's Wholesale Club environment, with specific responsibility for Acquisition 365 and the renewal, upgrade, and cross-selling of BJ's Loyalty Programs. The role also includes handling merchandise returns, exchanges, and pick-ups as well as responding promptly to customer service inquiries. The successful candidate will provide efficient and friendly member service with a commitment to achieving club goals and maintaining BJ's high standards for member satisfaction. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and team
- Ability to handle returns and exchanges professionally
- Capability to work full-time with a flexible schedule
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working indoors with occasional exposure to cleaning agents
- Commitment to upholding company standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- Prior front line or customer service experience preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Results driven with proven success in goal achievement
- Basic math skills preferred
- Computer proficiency preferred
Job Duties
- Execute Acquisition 365 and membership renewals
- Cross-sell and upgrade BJ’s Loyalty Programs
- Manage merchandise returns, exchanges, and pick-ups
