The CHEF'STORE Sales Associate role at US Foods offers a dynamic and engaging opportunity within their retail store setting. This full-time night position, working from 11 PM to 7:30 AM with 30-40 hours weekly and weekend and holiday availability required, centers on providing exemplary customer service while fulfilling varied operational duties. The role encompasses working in multiple departments including cashiering, stocking, and customer service, ensuring that the store maintains an immaculate atmosphere that supports the company's strategy: Great Food, Made Easy.

The position demands versatility, adapting daily to the store’s needs by assisting in departments like Meat/Frozen, Produce/Dairy, Dry Goods, and Culinary Equipment & Supply. The Sales Associate is also responsible for performing front-end operations such as operating the point of sale system efficiently, managing inventory and product rotation, replenishing stock according to FIFO principles, and assisting in special events like vendor fairs and inventory processes. Customer courtesy duties include maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store, from the sales floor to restrooms and parking lots, ensuring a welcoming environment.
