As a CHEF'STORE Sales Associate, the individual becomes an integral part of the team, embodying US Foods' core cultural beliefs such as Deliver Excellence, Stop Waste, WIN Together, Speak Up, and You Matter. This role offers significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of 40-80 pounds, and uses equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks.

Customer courtesy duties include maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store, from the sales floor to restrooms and parking lots, ensuring a welcoming environment.

This role is designed for individuals who are motivated, self-driven, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service skills, basic computer literacy, cash handling experience, and a solid ability to work both independently and as part of a team. With an hourly pay rate of $21.622 and potential overtime compensation, the position provides not only an opportunity to grow within a reputed organization but also access to comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. Ideal for those passionate about foodservice and retail, this position supports career development in a respected company recognized for its leadership in the industry.
