The available position is an essential role within the company’s retail store operations. The role focuses on front-end customer service, sales floor management, stocking, and general store maintenance. This position offers a starting hourly rate of $20.72 and requires flexibility to work Sunday through Monday with hours varying between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., depending on business demand. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customers with a superior shopping experience by developing strong relationships and delivering efficient, friendly service during checkout and on the sales floor. You will operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage stock levels, perform price changes, and assist with inventory processes. Duties also include inspecting carts to prevent product tampering, ensuring store cleanliness including the parking lot, and assisting with store opening and closing tasks.
Candidates will be expected to work safely by following established safety policies and maintaining a clean, safe environment for both customers and staff. Physical demands include standing and walking continuously, lifting and carrying various weight ranges following established safety standards, and operating tools like pallet jacks and reach trucks. Basic computer skills and cash handling experience are required.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience
- Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Cash handling experience
- Physically able to perform standing and walking continuously
- Able to lift and carry weights ranging from 1 to over 100 lbs
- Ability to use pallet jacks and reach trucks
- Willingness to comply with safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure all customers have an impeccable shopping experience by developing customer relationships
- Perform sales and cash functions in the POS efficiently and accurately
- Perform cart-to-cart transfer including visual inspection for product tampering
- Perform duties as receipt checker by verifying cart contents vs purchases
- Perform store opening and/or closing functions at the front end
- Assist in receiving inventory shipments and stocking shelves with proper rotation and quality audits
- Ensure merchandise is properly labeled including tagging and pricing
- Replenish sales floor daily by down stocking freight from top stock
- Utilize computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel and proprietary software
- Ensure all products are accessible and visually appealing
- Assist with price changes and participate in inventory and cycle counts
- Maintain store cleanliness including sales floor, front end, restrooms, parking lot, and cart areas
- Gather and maintain carts in designated areas
- Follow safety policies and notify management of safety issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned by store management
