The Design/Retail Sales Associate role at Room & Board provides an exciting opportunity to engage with customers in a dynamic retail environment while balancing other life priorities with a part-time schedule. This position involves working three days a week, typically Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, with eight-hour shifts that include weekends. Employees receive competitive hourly pay ranging from $25.64 to $28.85, which annualizes to a salary between $32,000 and $36,000 depending on experience. Job Requirements

  • Proof of identity and legal work authorization
  • Ability to work a set schedule of Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday including weekends
  • Flexibility to accommodate weekday work during weeks with weekends off
  • Physical and mental stamina to handle the demands of a busy retail environment
  • Passion for design and engaging with customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable navigating retail technology tools
