Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to work standing or walking for extended periods up to 4 hours
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using ladders or aerial devices
- Ability to perform repetitive motions continuously for up to 2 hours
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and confidentiality policies
- Must be able to submit relevant state mandated clearances to supervise minors based on store location
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs items repetitively up to 25 times per hour
- Ability to work extended periods of time up to 4 hours standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time up to 2 hours continuously
Job Duties
- Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards
- Promote company programs such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
- Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
