This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $18,000 annually in individual commissions based on sales performance. Exceptional performers can significantly increase their earnings, with top commissions potentially adding $14,500 or more, totaling a yearly compensation that can exceed $65,000 to $75,500 depending on factors such as geography, hours worked, and personal sales achievements.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military experience
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with schedule provided four weeks in advance
- Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods such as summer, November to December, and vacations
