Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the US
At least 18 years old
Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Communicates information in a motivating manner
Maintains reliable attendance
Flourishes in an environment that values exceptional service and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Legally authorized to work in the US

Job Duties

Engage with guests ensuring cordial, respectful service representing the brand image
Accurately and efficiently process sales orders adhering to cash handling protocols
Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters and maintain documentation of sales transactions
Address customer concerns independently whenever possible
Aid in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation and daily checklists
Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures including participation in bi-annual inventory checks
Meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPIs and performance standards
Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management
