Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the US
At least 18 years old
Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Outgoing and friendly personality

Job Duties

Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest
Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
Engage with guests, ensuring they are treated in a cordial, respectful manner
Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols
Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters while maintaining documentation
Address customer concerns independently whenever possible
Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists
Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual inventory checks
Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIs and performance standards
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
