Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest
- maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
- engage with guests, ensuring they are treated cordially and respectfully
- accurately and efficiently process sales orders while adhering to cash handling protocols
- aid customers with credit applications and financing matters
- address customer concerns independently whenever possible
- assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and daily checklists
- support inventory management and loss prevention procedures including participation in bi-annual inventory checks
- meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPIs and performance standards
- complete additional tasks as assigned by management
