Supporting inventory management and loss prevention initiatives through active participation in bi-annual inventory checks also falls under your purview.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $17.75 during a two-week training period with the potential to earn incentives and bonuses based on individual and store sales performance. Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

- Address customer concerns independently whenever possible
- Aid in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation and daily checklist completion
- Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures including participation in bi-annual inventory check
- Meet and exceed sales goals aligning to KPIs and performance standards
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
