Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest
- maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
- engage with guests ensuring they are treated politely and respectfully
- accurately and efficiently process sales orders adhering to cash handling protocols
- aid customers with credit applications and financing matters
- address customer concerns independently when possible
- assist in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists
- support inventory management and loss prevention procedures
- meet and exceed sales goals aligned with KPIs and performance standards
- complete additional tasks as assigned by management
