Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Outgoing, friendly and easy to talk to
- Ability to communicate effectively and inspire action
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
- Engage with guests, ensuring they are treated in a cordial and respectful manner representing the company brand image
- Accurately and efficiently process sales orders adhering to cash handling protocols
- Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters while maintaining thorough documentation
- Address customer concerns independently whenever possible
- Aid in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation and daily checklists
- Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures including participation in bi-annual inventory check
- Meet and exceed sales goals aligned to KPI’s and performance standards
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
