In this role, you will be rewarded for delivering exceptional service, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and embodying the values of Ashley Furniture. Training is provided with an hourly pay rate starting at $16.90 during the initial two weeks, after which you become eligible for incentives and bonuses based on your sales performance.
